Fruit Infused Water:

While fruit infused water is so yummy, there are also a lot of health benefits to it. Depending on what fruits and vegetables you choose to put in there, you can  gain more energy, clearer skin and any other benefits that certain fruits and veggies have to offer! Here are some of my favorites!

Lemon water: Lemon water is one of the most common recipes of fruit infused water. Cut up 1 lemon into slices and then cut those slices in 2’s and simply add them to your favorite jug or bottle of water. Fill it up and set it in the fridge. The longer you let it sit in the fridge, the stronger the lemon will be. Sometimes, I don’t let it sit if i’m ready to drink it right then lol. Below is just a couple facts on lemon water health benefits. I chose it because i have experienced these things from drinking lemon water and i feel like it will help you as well!
