Skin Care: Your face is the first thing that people see when they first meet you. Why not look and feel confident about what you present to the world? Since middle school, I have always struggled with acne and marks on my face, and for a while, it had a negative effect on my self -esteem and how I thought other people viewed me. It actually still does, I’ve just gotten better at building myself up and taking care of myself. So this page is strictly for tips on getting and keeping beautiful, healthy young looking skin! -The First tip i want to share is pretty simple. A lot of people don’t realize how important it is to drink water! Water is an essential ingredient to health, clear skin. You should be drinking half of your body weight in oz per day! Growing up, I hated drinking water! it had no taste to me, and because of it, my skin suffered. I’ve gotten to the point where if i go just one day without water, ill have a new breakout the very next day! Filtered water, in my opinion, is best so you don’t expose yourself to harsh chemicals that regular tap water has in it. So, your challenge for the day is DRINK MORE WATER! Also, if you’re having the same problem I have with the taste of just plain water, try fruit infused water! There is a post on my recipe page with a few starter recipes for fruit infused water!
